An Inspiring Visit to The Noorani Foundation School

On Saturday, May 11th, 2024, a delegation of esteemed guests, accompanied by the Chairman of TNF, Mr. Tasneem Noorani, graced TNF-Akhuwat Boarding School with their presence. The guests arrived promptly at 11:30 am and were warmly received by the school principal, members of the faculty, and student prefects.

Among the distinguished visitors were Madam Maliah Noorani, Mr. Sameer Noorani, and Master Mustafa, all experiencing their inaugural visit to the school. A comprehensive tour was arranged, showcasing the well-equipped computer lab, vibrant classrooms, and student dormitories. The tour culminated in a visit to a first-year class, where the guests observed a captivating lesson employing innovative digitalization techniques.

The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the interaction with the students. The guests were deeply moved by the students’ unwavering passion for learning, especially considering the challenging backgrounds many of them hail from. Witnessing this dedication from students facing socioeconomic hardships was truly inspiring.

Further enriching the experience, the guests were treated to a captivating display of physical training, which they thoroughly enjoyed.

The school also presented its innovative trust-based canteen initiative, demonstrating a commitment to the students’ well-being.

The tour culminated in a visit to the robotics lab, where students proudly displayed their robotics projects. These impressive creations served as a powerful testament to the students’ capabilities and potential in any field they pursue.

Professor Dr. Safdar Ali Malik concluded the visit by sharing some insightful words of wisdom with the students, leaving a lasting impression on them all.  A delicious lunch on campus provided a delightful opportunity for further interaction before the guests departed.

This visit proved to be a truly enriching experience for both the guests and the school community. It served as a powerful reminder of the transformative potential of education, particularly for those facing adversity.
