Air Marshal Arshad Mahmood Malik is a retired three-star officer of the Pakistan Air Force with over 40 years of distinguished service. He served as Chairman of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra and led the negotiations for the design/development and sale of JF-17 and Super Musshak aircraft. He is a graduate of Air War College, National Defense University, and Air Command and Staff College in the US. He has also served as CEO PIA. He has been awarded the Hilal-i-Imtiaz, Sitara-i-Imtiaz, and Tamgha-e-Imtiaz.
